On Monday night, at 7:30 p.m. there will be a Guilford Youth Football and Cheerleading Board Meeting. All are welcome to attend.

On Tuesday, Mark Shadle and Ami Beach from G-Zen in Branford will be visiting Scranton Memorial Library in Madison to talk about vegan, ,organice, raw, local, and sustainable food. From the listing: "Join these two renowned chefs as they discuss the benefits of a plant-based diet, raw foods, juicing and organic cuisine, and share suggestions for exploring this way of eating (and living). Also on Wednesday, there will be the monthly meeting of the Menunkatuck Audubon, a member of National Audubon that serves Guilford, Branford, New Haven, East Haven , Madison and West Haven. At the meeting, Dr. David Wagner, UConn professor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, will talk about " The Tangled Fates of Plants, Caterpillars and Birds," with a focus on caterpillars and their importance to birds and biodiversity. Find out more in the listing.
