Flyers claim the Police Department is in on it.
Are Guilford residents being watched by the Police Department and a local relator? Well that is what someone is claiming and they are sending flyers to hundreds of residents claiming they they are being watched by the government including local police, WTNH News 8 reports.
The flyers have been sent to Long Hill Road and other streets. People are calling the Police Department frightened, WTNH reports.
