Gary W. Cole, 70, of 11 Fulton Street, New Haven, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. drugs, improper use of a marker/license/registration, operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle and drinking while driving.

December 2^nd

Carolyn L. Smith, 54, of 151 Church Street, Guilford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

December 4^th

Jonathon L. Anderson, 39, of 39 Joyce Road, East Haven, was charged with breach of peace in the 2^nd degree.

December 6^th

William F. Protzman, 27, of 150 Church Street, Hamden, was charged with failure to appear in the 1^st degree.
