Christina A. Delia, 46, of 311 Chaffinch Island, Guilford, was charged with forgery 2nd degree and criminal attempt.

Sebastian Sicht, 31, of 6 Buttonwood Lane, Branford, was charged with conspiracy (misdemeanor C) and criminal attempt (misdemeanor).
Zoltan A. Verrillo, 28, of 11 Manorwood Drive, Branford, was charged with conspiracy (misdemeanor C) and criminal attempt (felony).
March 13
Morgan B. Glassman, 22, of 240 Kelton St, Allston, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance/<4 oz. marijuana.
Terri L. Sousa, 44, of 26W Nathan Road, Madison, was charged with violation of a conditional discharge, failure to appear in the 1st degree and failure to appear in the 2nd degree.
