Guilford Police Blotter July 12-July 25

The Following Arrest Information Was Supplied By Guilford Police Department. It Does Not Indicate A Conviction.

The Guilford Police Adult Arrest Log includes charges made by the Guilford Police Department. The charges are not a finding of guilt. The people who have been arrested are entitled to due process during which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Guilford Police Department Adult Arrest Log for July 12, 2013 to July 25, 2013 included the following entries:

Miguel A. Baez, 29, of 14 River Colony, Guilford, was charged with evading responsibility-property damage/injury, operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to drive upon right.

Todd M. Chadwick, 49, of 159 East Main Street, Branford, was charged with larceny in the 5th degree and reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree.

Erick A. Gomez, 19, of 2205 Boston Post Road, Guilford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Anthony W. Mitchell, 22, of 102 Whalehead Road, Gales Ferry, was charged with criminal attempt and conspiracy (misdedeamor C).

Patrick A. Mitchell, 54, of 102 Whalehead Road, Gales Ferry, was charged with conspiracy (misdemeanor C) and criminal attempt.

Preston R. Mitchell, 20, of 102 Whalehead Road, Gales Ferry, was charged with conspiracy (misdemeanor C) and criminal attempt.

Ryan W. Novak, 35, of 48 Windsorville Road, Broad Brook, was charged with breach of peace in the 2nd degree.

Richard T. Powers, 53, of 26 Sandlewood Drive, Madison, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. 

Marcelo C. Juarez, 31, of 20 Bunker Hill Road, Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening in the 2nd degree, assault in the 2nd degree and unlawful restraint in the 2nd degree.
