Guilford Police Blotter July 11-July 15

The Guilford Police Adult Arrest Log includes charges made by the Guilford Police Department. The charges are not a finding of guilt. The people who have been arrested are entitled to due process during which it will be the government’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Guilford Police Department Adult Arrest Log for July 11, 2013 to July 15, 2013 included the following entries:

Erin C. Demarco, 35, of 8 Hamre Lane, Branford, was charged with assault in the 2nd degree, risk of injury to a child, and interfering with an emergency call.

Bradford M. Lowery, 20, of 120 Lovers Lane, Guilford, was charged with illegal purchase of liquor/minor, improper use of marker/license/registration, and forgery in the 3rd degree.

Zoey A. Moll, 20, of 271 Monticello Drive, Branford, was charged with reckless driving, operation of a motorcycle without endorsement, operation of a motorcycle with passenger <18 without headgear, and improper rear/marker lamps.

Cristina P. Periera, 42, of 103 Linden Street, West Haven, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Randy S. Gonzalez, 24, of 138 Cold Spring Drive, Westbrook, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, use of drug paraphernalia, and failure to keep right-curve/intersection.
