Jan. 5th

Robert B. Gozzi, 54, of 218 Little Meadow Road, Guilford, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in the 2nd degree.

McLean J. Morey, 20, of 434 State Street, Guilford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Jan. 7th

Joshua L. Hutchins, 22, of 49 Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton, was charged with failure to appear in the 1st degree.

William A. Tkacs, 30, of 83 Guile Road, Guilford, was charged ith illegal discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance/<4 oz. of marijuana, non-student with drugs near school/hsg/dy, sale of a controlled substance, control substance within 1500 feet of sch/hsg/dy, use of drug paraphernalia, and non-student possession of drug paraphernalia near sch/hsg/dy.

Adam J. Pinella, 29, of 12 Natureview Trail, Bethel, was charged with promoting a minor in an obscene performance, illegal possession of child pornography in the 3rd degree, and obscenity.

Christopher H. Stewart, 32, of 415 South Street, New Britain, was charged with larceny in the 5th degree.

Edward N. Sailer, 57, of 446 Whitfield Street, Guilford, was charged with breach of peace in the 2nd degree.
