Gary T. Terwilliger, 49, of 1725 Little Meadow Road, Guilford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance/ <4 oz. marijuana, and failure to comply with state traffic commission regulations.
