August 22

• Mark J. Dziamalek, 47, of 67 Christopher Lane, Guilford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct.

August 24

• Shaun M. Klein, 31, of 47 Ironworks Road, Killingworth, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

August 25

• Lori A. Johnson, 34, of 43 Emmett Street, Fall River, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace.

August 27

• David M. Galligan, 55, of 500 Route 80, Guilford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault.

• Gregory Puzycki, 50, of 500 Route 80, Guilford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief.
