Jay Buglione, 26, of 7 7th Street, Derby, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree.
Peter P. Porter, 48, of 301 Nut Plains Road, Guilford, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree.

Robert S. Irwin, 26, of 111 Tupelo Lane, Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child, and sexual assult in the 4th degree, victim under 16 years of age.
