- Matthew Evans, 45, of 192 Sperry Drive, Guilford, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and risk of injury to a child.
August 30
- Vincent J. Benevento, 30, of 13 Wood Terrace, East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
- Kurt M. Staschke, 20, of 410 Boston Street, Guilford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

- John M. DeLauro, 73, of 600 Nortontown Road, Guilford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
- Lori A. Johnson, 34, of 43 Emmett Street, Fall River, was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Nicholas J. LaPointe, 18, of 43 Emmett Street, Fall River, was charged twice with third-degree assault.
- Nicholas J. LaPointe, 18, of 43 Emmett Street, Fall River, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.
- Howard S. Moore, 21, of 525 Peddlers Road, Guilford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of less than four ounces of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
September 4
- Michelle L. Draper, 34, of 392 State Street, North Haven, was charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
