Michael K. Wilinson, 42, of 31 Middle Road, Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, Arson in the 3rd degree, and criminal mischief in the 1st degree.

Arnold C. Nelson, 44, of 28 East Street, Wallingford, was charged with 3rd degree burglary, 2nd degree larceny and tampering-witness.
William D. Sharpe, 59, of 61 Highland Avenue, Guilford, was charged with 2nd degree burglary and 6th degree larceny.
