There   are really three important aspects of selling:
Greeting – convey trust and make your counterpart feel comfortable with you
Meeting – be on-time and make the right first impression
Closing – listen first to be able to provide answers with proper context.  Let your prospect know: “Here are the benefits.  What’s stopping you?”

Equitable Divorce Solutions - Lisa Gresham advises that pension benefits from a spouse can impact social security payments.  This and many other details are critical to post-divorce financial planning.
Halagan Design Group - Paul Halagan can help clients create consumer guides and manage direct response advertising.  He would like a referral to the advertising department at Yale Hospital.
Landscaping with Hart - Christopher Hart is looking for people planning for Spring planting.
• Raveis Mortgage - Frank Kolb has a 42-point check system at the outset of a mortgage application which ensures a simple, smooth process.
• Personal benefits – Mitch Langer advises that this is the time to buy life insurance, before rates increase.  He represents over 50  insurance companies and can get very good rates.
Youngs Printing - Dan Litwin would like an introduction to Mary Repetti, a graphic designer based in Guilford.
• Mike’s Tree Service - Mike Mackey works from West Haven to Waterford.  He cuts trees and then either chips them up or leaves them for firewood, as the customer desires.
• Maffeo Cleaning Services - Jerryann Maffeo has a relationship with each customer and feels that each customer is important.
White Way Cleaners - Linda Maresca is offering 20% off cleaning of rugs, draperies, and slip covers.  And, don’t forget that you may have some of these items in your office as well as your hope. 
• A+ Home Improvement - Steve Melby suggests this is a good time to address rot around baseboards and trim
Protect U Services - Kevin Miles offers covert cameras than can allow parents to check on kids remotely.
Signs by Autographix - John Miller is just beginning a large roll-out of signs and notes that it is from a referral.  It pays to do a job right! 
Coastal Chiropractic - Dr. Keith Mirante can help athletes with pain.  He would like a referral to Craig Semple or Mike Sciatti.
Edward Jones – Dave O’Connor helps with retirement, saving, planning, and investment.  Now is the time to start a SEP/Roth IRA.

SEBN generated $45,000 in sales last week on 26 pieces of closed business.  There were 32 1-to-1’s last month.  We need to work on increasing the number of visitors.
