We ask to you to stay off the roads, if possible.

The Town Parking Ban will be in-place.

Water Preparedness

We remind you to stock up water, in bottle form and filling tubs or extra containers.

With the expected below freezing temperatures, we will not be able to supply water for pick-up as we have in the past.

Community Center

The Community Center remains OPEN, providing staff can get there safely.

IF a sustained power failure occurs, we will open as an Emergency Shelter.

However, that has not been implemented as yet.

Town Hall

Guilford Public Schools

GPS are CLOSED today for all classes and activities.

Additional information will be available through the school communication vehicles concerning weekend activities.

SAFETY REMINDER – GENERATOR Operation

Please remember to only operate generators outdoors, well clear of enclosed spaces, including enclosed garages.

A minimum of 20’ should be maintained from enclosed spaces so Carbon Monoxide gas will not get trapped inside homes or businesses.

Be especially careful with Propane Tanks, and extinguishing candles before going to bed.
